The one and only purpose of Applegate is to conduct impartial and reliable services by compiling detailed, concise and easy to read Inventories, Check-in and Check-out reports. This service is offered to Letting / Management agents, Landlords, and Corporate Commercial clients in Kent, London and for the EU and their employees based in Brussels.
All our clerks are trained by the Association of Independent Inventory Clerks (AIIC) and each must attend regular refresher courses to keep them up to date with continually changing regulations and are bound by the “Code of Practice” laid down by the institute.
Since the company’s formation in 2000 our services have steadily increased in popularity and are now used by a number of letting agents in the area.
